Guven Witteveen (Ph. D. 1997 University of Wisconsin) is an expert in applied anthropology and visual ethnography. His work in disaster response and planning, and emergency management began in 2010. He arranged, guided and interpreted the study tour by Science Craft colleagues to focus on software and organizational processes in USA. Later in 2014 he led the study tour on the theme of training and development for professionals, local government workers, and volunteers. Currently he is connecting the emergency management world in Japan to professionals and companies outside Japan.
